6 Month Guarantee

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and free from visible signs of infectious, contagious or communicable diseases.

A veterinary finding of intestinal or external parasites shall not be grounds for declaring this puppy unfit for purchase unless the puppy is clinically ill due to such condition.

A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 48 hours of delivery. Should there be a problem the breeder’s veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be exchanged for the original puppy if available. There will be a cash or credit refunds if no pup available. Breeder must be notified at once at the onset of the problem, in writing, with a report from the veterinarian.

We guarantee the puppy to be free from life-threatening congenital defects for 6 months from date of birth.

If the puppy is proved to have a congenital defect within 6 months and is returned to the breeder, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by the breeder.

No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been  euthanized without the breeder’s permission.

Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be on comparable bloodlines. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the same exact parents of the original puppy.

There are certain disorders that may be caused be environmental factors for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered in this guarantee.

This puppy is not guaranteed against cherry eye or entropin.

This puppy is not guaranteed to be show quality.

This puppy is not guaranteed to be breeding stock.

This puppy is not guaranteed for undecending testicals in males.
